The Hunter Valley’s warm days and cool nights once again provided the perfect climate for nurturing our grapevines. Leading up to the harvest, our viticulture team closely monitored the vines — checking sugar levels, acidity, and overall grape quality. The timing of the harvest was critical, ensuring each block was picked at its peak for optimal flavour and balance. The 2025 vintage is already shaping up to be exceptional, thanks to favourable weather conditions and diligent care throughout the growing season. As the sun rose over the vineyard, the harvest began, with teams carefully handpicking Chardonnay grapes. This hands-on approach ensured the fruit was handled gently, preserving its integrity and the delicate nuances of flavour that define Winmark Wines.Once harvested, the grapes were swiftly transported to our winery for processing.
