Our olive grove sits proudly among the vines, offering a striking contrast of silvery green leaves and robust trunks. Throughout the year, the trees are carefully tended, and when harvest time arrives, the olives are handpicked and prepared for enjoyment in their purest form.Once harvested, the olives are processed and preserved to retain their natural flavour and firmness, then bottled in jars and available to purchase from our cellar door. These delicious, briny bites are a favourite among visitors — a true taste of the estate to take home and savour.
