Set against the backdrop of our picturesque vineyard, guests were treated to an enchanting evening that combined the best of music, food, and, of course, exceptional wine. The night’s entertainment featured none other than the charismatic Craig McLachlan, joined by his talented drummer, Dave Williams. The duo delivered a captivating performance, with Craig’s energy and soulful voice complemented by Dave’s masterful rhythms. From classic favourites to original hits, the music had everyone tapping their feet and singing along under the starry Hunter Valley sky.
To accompany the evening’s melodies, guests indulged in a delectable selection of gourmet offerings provided by Sea Salt & Sage. From sumptuous canapés to heartier dishes, the menu showcased fresh, locally sourced ingredients, perfectly paired with our range of Winmark wines.
