What an amazing time we had for Winmark's 3 year birthday celebration in May 2019.
We welcomed friends from all over Australia and new Friends from Broke Fordwich with around 120 people staying on site in a temporary luxury glamping tent camp set up.
Local producers River Flats, Mount Broke Wines, Margan and other Wineries joined the celebrations with wine and produce. and we had our first ever exhibiting Artist Rebecca Pierce exhibiting in both the lunch tent and across Mio Monte Guest House.
Aboriginal Elder, Gavi, opened the weekend with a smoking ceremony for us. Guests had a wonderful time exploring the property and enjoying the views and the vibe. We finished the afternoon with a fire by the dam with live music for adults and magic for the kids. The afternoon faded quickly into night where we enjoyed a dinner of soup and fresh hot bread by the fire. The Danes were the last standing enjoying wonderful wine, Danish playlists and a wonderful time reconnecting and catching up.
Winmark's expansive grounds, beautiful scenery and many places to enjoy make it a wonderful space for connection - both with others and with nature. We're lucky to call such a picturesque and special place home and we love sharing it's magic with others.
