Mio Monte is a large, sophisticated home that showcases modern Australian architecture with a Tuscan twist. Mio Monte is Italian for ‘My Mountain’ and looks across the vine-filled valley to Mt Broke.

The open-plan dining and living areas are framed by full-length windows and sliding doors that open onto a long alfresco verandah with views across the vineyard to the mountains.

A stone fireplace, library and sitting room, outdoor BBQ/Pizza oven areas and a pool offers plenty of opportunity for a relaxing getaway. Rock View's adjoining living areas with an open fireplace and kitchen are perfect for a winter night in, whilst the outdoor alfresco area with its 10-seater dining table is very popular in the warmer months. Guests can cook their own homemade pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven while enjoying the warmth of the firepit.

Villa Vino is the newest addition to Winmark Wines estate, and is perfect for those seeking the blissful tranquillity, privacy and intimacy of tiny space living. The divinely designed ‘villa’ is framed by windows allowing the views to be fully embraced. Sip Winmark Chardonnay in the cosy outdoor area with firepit whilst soaking in the views across the vineyard, and the setting sun on the mountains. A shared pool is available close by for cooling down on those warm days.

Spend the night under the pitched roofline, with a stunningly appointed open room with queen bed and sitting for two. An outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, BBQ and fridge allows you to cook a romantic candlelit dinner, with the stars the only distraction.

An ensuite bathroom pod is attached to Villa Vino, with quality towels and Appelles toiletries keeping you gloriously indulged. A coffee pod machine and tea and toast making facilities will see you sipping coffee whilst the kangaroos nibble on nearby grass.
