For half a century, this site has grown exceptional fruit, with a proud history of producing highly acclaimed Chardonnay. Owner and Vigneron Karin Adcock’s vision for Winmark Wines has seen not only the vineyard restored to it’s former glory but a decision to focus on producing only Chardonnay, the queen of white wines, has seen the development of four distinct styles of Chardonnay from this site.

Crafted by Winmark Wines Estate, with fruit picked and pressed in the cool of the early morning for maximum freshness and vinified with traditional techniques whilst maintaining vibrancy and freshness. The aromas of toasted spice herald flavours of white peach and ripe citrus. An intriguing style with warmth, complexity and grace.
