As if defiance of accepted property growth predictions, Broke Fordwich has gently but relentlessly continued to add to its stable of wineries, accommodation venues and other tourism businesses. The Broke Fordwich Tourism Association has launched a Wine Trail featuring a select number of local tourism businesses.
The region is identified by the fact that businesses are mostly run at the ‘front counter’ by the owners. This gives an often repeated response by visitors who remark on the added enjoyment of being able to meet the people who not only own the business but work it on a daily basis.
