Margan Restaurant is a leading Hunter Valley Restaurant and have pioneered agri-dining since opening our doors in 2007. Our Dining Room is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday offering a bespoke seasonal tasting menu, as well as a more casual two-course lunch option, showcasing the estate grown and made produce from our vineyard and farm, here in Broke. We harvest from our one-hectare kitchen garden & orchard, free range chickens, estate reared lambs and olives groves to maintain a hyper-local and truly seasonal focus.
We are proud to be one of the ‘must do’ restaurants in the Hunter Valley with a consistent annual Good Food Guide recommendation (One Chef Hat), and regionally awarded in Gourmet Traveller, Top Australian Restaurant Guide. Our wine list features our single-vineyard sustainably farmed Margan wines plus some of our local favourites.
