Secluded Rock View is perched above Pooles Rock and provides a spacious bungalow that is perfect for couples, families and groups of gathering friends. There is an emphasis on space, comfort and function and on communing with the bush setting, whilst being surrounded by kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras and other native fauna.

Rock View accommodation is positioned next to the vegetable patch. Guests are encouraged to fossick and enjoy eating the fresh vegetables from the gardens.

Rock View has five bedrooms with three bathrooms and sleeps 10. The adjoining living with an open fireplace and kitchen are perfect for a winter night in, whilst the outdoor alfresco area boasts a barbeque and 10-seater dining table that are extremely popular in warmer months. Families are welcome!

It was excellent I would give it a 10/10 That it was nice and close to the wedding that we were attending and that our host Michelle keep me inform about what was happening in the area and keep us up to date. The house we stayed in was so comfortable and the basket of goodies was yum and the host was so hospitable and make sure that our stay was comfortable and the toiletries for the shower had a nice smell and made your hair feel good and the body wash and most of all we like the complimentary wine it was an excellent taste.

The place is extraordinary. Karin is a wonderful host with great attention to detail. Rock Cottage (now Rock View) is located in a peaceful setting with great views all around. The communication was clear, had no trouble in finding the place. Surprised with the welcome note on the board, complementary snacks and spotless cleanliness. It has got everything you need for a comfortable stay and much more. Has a beautiful BBQ area with dining facilities. The rooms are aesthetically decorated with comfy beds. All aircons worked fine. If you are looking to stay in or around Hunter Valley, Karin's place is a must try. We all loved it and want to thank the host once again for making our stay so much enjoyable.

What a great stay my family had at Karin's place over Easter 2018. The house is quite large, reasonably modern and well laid out, with many nice touches and conveniences (like matches in the drawer to light some candles, etc). It was a hot weekend, so the aircon got good use, particularly as we had our 5 month old grandson with us. The location in a vineyard is beautiful and a great place to wander around. There is a nice screen enclosed verandah area with a BBQ. The house is only a few minutes from Broke, for petrol and food necessities. 15 minutes and you are in the centre of Pokolbin for the major wineries, shops and restaurant (of course there are other wineries and restaurants much closer!).

Winmark Residence is a five-star luxurious Hamilton-style retreat. Set on incredible grounds, it has sprawling vineyards, an immaculate pool, fantastic outdoor entertaining area and a pond. Inside, the house is beautifully styled and contains everything needed to cater for a large group. It was a great surprise 60th gift, everything we could have asked for in a luxurious weekend away with friends. We can’t wait to go back!
