For half a century, this site has grown exceptional fruit, with a proud history of producing highly acclaimed Chardonnay. In acknowledgement of this, Winmark Wines has devoted the entire estate to the Queen of white grapes.

Winmark have recently converted the former Pooles Rock wine storage shed into a new yet authentic Cellar Door, overlooking the working vineyard. Beautifully designed, it is the perfect place to be introduced to the new vintage Winmark Chardonnays.

With an outdoor alfresco area, cheese platters featuring Hunter Valley cheeses and local honey and produce, and ever changing artworks from Winmark Art Gallery adorning the walls, enjoy a wine tasting and discover the many sculptures and natural landmarks

The Winmark Cellar Door opened in June 2020, and is again demonstrating its long held tradition of producing beautiful Hunter Valley Chardonnay.
